Gluten-Free AKA Worcestershire Sauce is my substitute for a well-known product on most grocery store shelves. Adding a teaspoon or two to a variety of recipes or dishes will not only enhance but amp up the flavor. Needless to say, when I first created this recipe there was not a gluten-free Worcestershire Sauce on the shelves at the supermarket. In fact, it is a flavor enhancer.
Due to the fact that Worcestershire Sauce has both gluten and refined sugar I, therefore, cannot use it in my recipes. However, since I enjoy the flavor it adds to my recipes I wanted to create a sauce I could use. Originally I called this Nevada Sauce as I live in Nevada. In any case, very few people peeked at this recipe as they were not sure what it was. With this in mind, I, therefore, wanted to inform others so that they too could add additional flavor to their recipes. It is low in carbohydrates and hence it is also keto. So, if you are on a keto diet this can be used to add additional flavor to your recipes.

Incredibly, this condiment adds so much flavor to many dishes.All in all, it is quick and easy to make simply add put together the Tamarind Powder and boiling water and stir together then add the remaining ingredients. It makes about 1/2 cup. I don’t like to waste, therefore, I don’t make a large amount. This way I use it up before it goes bad.

In summary, I use to use Worcestershire sauce all the time now I just substitute Nevada Sauce AKA Worcestershire Sauce in all my old recipes. In short, it has made revamping my recipes a lot easier. At any rate, I feel like this sauce has a deeper depth of flavor. Moreover, the longer this sits the better it is. Use in Nevada Broccoli Beef, Spicy Chicken Wing Sauce, Smokey Salisbury Steak, and Homemade Horseradish.
Additionally, this recipe contains powdered Tamarind which is an Asian spice that can be purchased online, Anchovy paste and Tomato Paste can be purchased in a small tube at most grocery stores. In all honesty,

Gluten-Free AKA Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 tablespoon dried tamarind
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon homemade horseradish
- 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon garlic coconut aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon coconut nectar
Directions:

First, combine boiling water and dried tamarind and stir until combined. Secondly, add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.Store in a sterilized glass container with a tight-fitting lid in the fridge. Use like you would Worcestershire sauce. Stores well for 1 month in the refrigerator.
