  • Place chicken wings in a 6 quart or largerslow cookerand sprinkle withsaltandpepper.

    3 Pounds Chicken Wings –1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt –1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • Combine remainingingredientsin asmall bowland mix well.

    1 Cup Brown Sugar –½ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce –2 Tablespoons Ketchup –1 Clove Garlic

  • Poursauce over wings and toss to coat using tongs.

  • Cover and cook on LOW heat for 6 to 7 hours or onHIGH heatfor 3 to 4 hours.
